I adored everything! the staff showed such warmth. They cared for every need. our room was spacious. it included good amenities. every detail felt so luxurious and carefully considered. this hotel has old-world charm, yet modern technology blends seamlessly.
the only minor inconvenience was the limited seating in the lobby. it made waiting slightly uncomfortable at times. a few more chairs would make a big difference.
